Refund policy
CS-Cart provides a 30-day money back guarantee for all purchased products and services.
If within 30 days after the purchase you decide that the software and services provided by CS-Cart for one or another reason do not suit you, then you may request a refund by contacting us via our Customer Help Desk system.
Please read the following to understand our refund policy.
Refund for the software
A customer may request a refund within 30 days and receive a full refund of their purchase price. Your money will be refunded only once. If you choose at a later date to buy another license this will not be subject to a refund request. Anyone requesting a refund who owns more than one license, will not be given a refund.
Any software purchased at a discount price, will not be eligible for any refunds.
Refund for custom development and design services
CS-Cart reserves 20% of all custom development services as NON-REFUNDABLE. The other 80% can be refunded at the time of the refund request.
Refund for installation services
A refund for any installation will be refunded in full, if, the technician has NOT started the installation process, or, the clients server does not meet the installation requirements to run.
All other installation refund requests will be denied and no refund given.
Refund request registration
All refund requests are to be sent via our Customer Help Desk system. The requests sent by e-mail or using contact forms on our site are not acceptable.
Return requests will be considered within 1-2 business days and then a decision will be made whether to grant the refund or not. If a refund is requested and granted, the user must remove ALL CS-Cart software from the server and cannot use the software unless another license is purchased.
